All our cakes are cooked on site. Donna, our pastry chef, is the main cake maker, and has passed her recipes onto us. Perfect cake everytime!
We use a variety of fresh leaves - Romaine Hearts, Rocket and Baby Gems and add cherry tomatoes, cucumber and our piece de resistance....diced
roasted red peppers.
* not in the Caesar salad. These are topped with the ingredients of your choice and finished off with our homemade Balsamic and Olive Oil dressing

We buy our baguettes part baked and finish them off in our oven everyday...
